Position Overview: Are you passionate about managing the process of winning new work? QinetiQ US seeks a Senior Capture Manager with a demonstrable record of competing for and winning complex deals in support of the Federal Government. Candidates should be well versed in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, execution of captures using a multi-phase framework, and able to lead complex tasks including solution development. The ideal candidate possesses a portfolio of wins, can-do attitude, curiosity, and a desire to lead effectively and kindly in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Capture Manager will lead pursuits from qualification through submission. The candidate will report to the Senior Director of Capture and will work closely with senior leaders across the enterprise to execute account growth strategies.
