What You’ll Do
Premier Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support skilled therapy services in a skilled nursing/rehab setting. This role exists to help patients improve mobility, function, and independence through high-quality, plan-based treatment.
Key responsibilities include:You’ll start by reviewing your schedule and current patient goals, then spend most of the day in the therapy gym and resident rooms providing hands-on care and encouragement. Between sessions, you’ll connect briefly with teammates to stay aligned on progress and plan adjustments, and you’ll wrap up with timely notes so the next touchpoint is seamless for each resident.
