Key responsibilities Provide medical editing, copyediting, proofreading, and claim checking for digital and print pharmaceutical advertising materials Edit and review internal and external presentations and corporate communications to ensure editorial consistency and FDA compliance Create, maintain, and communicate brand style guidelines while serving as the main editorial voice for assigned brands Required qualifications Thorough knowledge of current AMA style and familiarity with FDA requirements for drug promotion Proactive and able to perform literature searches and understand medically related literature Experienced in Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint Extremely detail-oriented with proven experience managing rapidly shifting priorities in high-pressure situations Digitally savvy with excellent organizational and time-management skills
