Administrator Position

The Administrator leads and directs the overall operation of the facility in accordance with resident needs, federal and state government regulations and company policies/procedures so as to maintain quality care for the residents while achieving the facility's business objectives.

Skills and competencies necessary:

• Knowledge and expertise in management of a long-term care facility
• Experience and skill in:
• Leadership and mentoring.
• Development and implementation of a facility management system.
• Administration, management, supervision and coordination of all departments to ensure appropriate care.
• Use of computers and other technological resources.
• Oversight of a facility quality assurance process.
• Financial management of a health care facility.
• Knowledge of pertinent local, state, federal and other regulations and ability to implement and maintain compliance with these regulations governing the facility, patient/resident care, and reimbursement.
• Experience in developing professional relationships and representing the facility in professional and community activities.
• Participation in educational programs for continued professional development.

Requirements:

Active Nursing Home Administrator License in the State of Illinois

This is a Full-Time Salaried position.
