You will learn how insurance products work and how to present them in a way that is clear and useful. Every client interaction is a chance to practice, and coaching from experienced team members helps you improve steadily over time.
Your daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, answering client questions about coverage, documenting each interaction and following up on outstanding items. You will manage a schedule of appointments and keep accurate records throughout the day.

No degree or prior insurance experience is needed. This is a full-time, on-site position in Charlotte, NC. Training and ongoing support are provided from the start.
