One of the most beloved resorts in New England, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking a Bell Person to join the team!

Job Summary:

The responsibility of the Bell Person is to enhance the guest experience by delivering personalized, attentive service and ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and assisted during their stay.

Job Specifications:

• Expected Pay Range: starting $16.00 per hour plus tips.
• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full time year-round
• 8:00am-4:00pm or 3:00pm-11:00pm, will include weekends and holidays

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage safely and efficiently.
• Park cars for guests as needed and drive shuttle to pick up or drop off guests at other Resort outlets.
• Deliver items such as packages, amenities, or guest requests to guestrooms.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hotel entrance, lobby, and bell storage areas.

Job Requirements:

• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid drivers' license & clean driving record.
• Lift and pull 100+ pounds with aid of luggage cart.
• Previous hospitality experience.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicle with proficiency.
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
